If you or someone in your family has been newly diagnosed with celiac disease, this guided grocery store tour is a wonderful opportunity to build confidence and gain practical tools.
Join us as our educator walks you through the aisles, sharing tips on reading labels, identifying safe products, and navigating the grocery store with ease. Youโll also have the chance to ask questions, learn from others, and feel supported within a welcoming, gluten-free community.
You donโt have to figure this out alone – weโre here to help.
A $10 registration fee is required to secure your spot, as spaces are limited.
On the night of the event, participants will receive a $10 store gift card to use toward any products of their choice during or after the tour.
Saturday, February 21

Weโre excited to partner with TELUS Spark Science Centre to offer a ๐๐ฅ๐๐ special experience just for celiac and/or gluten-intolerant children and their families.
This event is designed with children at the heart of it-creating space for kids who are celiac and/or gluten intolerant to explore, play, and connect, while families meet other like-minded households for support and community. This is not a general free-ticket event, but a focused opportunity for our members to build meaningful connections in a safe, inclusive environment.
