Grocery shopping can feel overwhelming at times. You read the label, and you’re still wondering if the product is gluten free. Calgary Celiac wants to give you the tools to shop with confidence. At the end of our Grocery Store tour, you will be able to navigate the aisles with the knowledge you need to make safe purchases.

There will be a short presentation followed by a guided tour of the grocery store and a hands-on label reading demonstration.

To ensure a personalized experience, space is limited – please register a maximum of two people per family.

These sessions are FREE and open to anyone who would like to learn more about Celiac Disease.  This is a valuable session for anyone newly diagnosed and their family members to learn how to safely navigate the Gluten Free diet.
