We’re excited to share that our Gluten-Free Grocery Store Tour is back!

Following the success of our last event, we’re thrilled to offer this experience again, this time at the beautiful new Community Natural Foods Seton location.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, refreshing your knowledge, or supporting a family member living with celiac disease, this guided experience is designed to make gluten-free shopping easier, safer, and far less overwhelming.

What to expect:

• Learn how to read labels with confidence
• Understand hidden sources of gluten
• Gain practical, real-life shopping tips
• Ask questions in a supportive environment
• Connect with others in the gluten-free community

We’ll begin with an educational session, followed by a guided walk through the store where you can apply what you’ve learned in real time.

Registration: $10 per person
Your registration fee will be returned to you on the night as a store credit to spend on anything you choose, making this a valuable and rewarding experience.
