We’re excited to invite you to join us for our Gluten-Free Grocery Store Tour, an educational and supportive event designed to help individuals and families feel more confident navigating life with celiac disease.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, supporting a child or family member, or simply looking for extra tips and reassurance, this guided tour offers practical tools to make everyday grocery shopping feel easier and less overwhelming. Our educator, Janine, will walk participants through the store, sharing guidance on reading food labels, identifying safe products, and answering questions along the way.

This is also a wonderful opportunity to connect with others in the celiac community, share experiences, and feel supported – because you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

To help ensure attendance and keep the group small and interactive, we ask for a $10 registration fee, which is returned on the night as a $10 store gift card to use toward groceries.
