📢 The 2025 Calgary Celiac Association Community Survey is LIVE and we want to hear from you!

The survey is designed to help us better understand the needs, challenges, and preferences of individuals living with celiac disease or gluten-related disorders. Your input is invaluable for shaping our programs, events, and advocacy efforts to ensure they align with what is most important to you. 

🙋 Who should take the survey?
Any individual who is impacted by celiac disease or gluten-related disorders, including caretakers and family support. This survey is intended to be completed once per household; if there are multiple individuals with celiac disease or gluten-related disorders in your home you can still account for everyone in one survey response.

🕒️ How long will the survey take?
This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on how much thought you provide us.

👀 Who will see my response?
The CCA board and staff will have access to your response, which will be kept confidential within the organization and used to inform the CCA strategic plan over the next three years. 

📅 Is there a deadline to submit?
Yes, the survey will close end of day April 17, 2025. 

🎉 All completed surveys will be entered into a draw to win 2 tickets to the SAIT Gluten Free Gourmet Dinner taking place on June 12, 2025. This is an adult event with an approximate value of $150. The winner will be contacted after the survey closes.
