The Calgary Celiac Association (CCA) is seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to serve as our next Volunteer Board President.
Since 1980, CCA has supported individuals and families in Calgary and Southern Alberta affected by celiac disease and gluten-related disorders. As a volunteer-led registered charity, we are committed to education, advocacy, peer support, and community programs that improve quality of life across the gluten-free lifespan.
The President provides strategic leadership and governance oversight to the Board of Directors, working collaboratively with fellow board members and staff to ensure the Association fulfills its mission with integrity and sustainability.
This two-year volunteer term (approximately 10β15 hours per month) is ideal for someone with experience in governance, leadership, or non-profit oversight, and a strong commitment to community impact. Lived experience with celiac disease or meaningful alignment with our mission is required.
